Season to taste with 1 tbsp Salt and pepper.
Serve the Æbleflæsk warm on 8 slices rye bread.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sugar to the sweetness of the apples.- If you want more control over the crispiness of your bacon, you can fry it separately in the airfryer first:Fry the bacon until crispy
Place the bacon slices in the airfryer basket in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper.
Set the airfryer to 200°C and give them 12-15 minutes. Turn them occasionally. The time depends on the thickness, so keep an eye on them until golden and crispy.
Remove the finished bacon slices and place them on a plate. Leave the rendered fat in the bottom of the basket.
