This air fryer Salisbury steak recipe delivers juicy, delicious Salisbury steaks with minimal effort and time. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner with a healthier twist.
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C. (Pre-program it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Mix 500 g ground beef with 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper and 1 tsp paprika in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, about 125 g each.
Lightly brush each patty with 1 tbsp olive oil.
Place the patties in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch each other.
