Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).(Use a preset, or let it run for a few minutes before cooking)
Cut 4 pcs potatoes into halves or quarters, depending on their size, to ensure even cooking.
In a bowl, toss the potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp coarse salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and any other desired seasonings until they are evenly coated.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket cut side down. Make sure they are not packed too tightly.
Cook in the air fryer at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.Start the online kitchen timer here

Notes
