Instructions
Peel
4 pcs bananas
(ripe but not overripe) and cut them into thin slices (approx. 2-3 mm).
Place the slices in a bowl and drizzle with
1 tbsp lemon juice
to prevent discoloration.
Sprinkle
1 tsp cinnamon
on top if you want extra flavor.
Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 150°C for 15-20 minutes.
Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Let the banana chips cool for maximum crispiness.
Notes
- It's important that the bananas are ripe, but not overripe.
- The chips can become crispier if you let them rest a little after cooking.
