A delicious and easy dish: a creamy Bolognese pasta bake, cooked in the air fryer for a crispy top and a soft centre. Perfect for a cosy family dinner.
Cook 300 g pasta al dente in lightly salted water.
Drain and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in the pan, and sauté finely chopped 1 pcs onion and finely chopped 2 clove garlic, until soft.
Add 400 g minced beef, and fry until browned.
Season with 1 tsp Salt and pepper and 1 tsp dried oregano.
Pour in 1 can chopped tomatoes and 1 dl cooking cream, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Mix the cooked pasta with the meat sauce, and pour it all into the baking dish.
Sprinkle 1 dl grated mozzarella and 50 g parmesan on top.
Place the dish in the air fryer, and bake at 180 °C for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbling.Start the online kitchen timer here
Garnish with 1 bunch Fresh basil, and halved 8 pcs cherry tomatoes, if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can vary the cheese, for example with cheddar or gouda, for a different flavour.
- For a vegetarian version, the minced beef can be replaced with a plant-based mince.
