Chicken meatballs in the air fryer is a healthy and delicious dish that combines the juicy, mild flavour of chicken with the crispy texture the air fryer creates. This recipe gives you a quick and easy way to make a tasty everyday meal with minimal oil.
In a large bowl, mix 400 g chicken mince with 1 pcs onion, 2 clove garlic, 50 g rolled oats, 1 pcs egg, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp paprika, and the chosen 1 bunch fresh herbs. Mix everything together well.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs with wet hands, to keep the mince from sticking.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.(Pre-program it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, making sure there's a little space between each so they cook evenly.
