Whisk the 3 pcs egg whites until stiff in a clean bowl.
Add the 150 g sugar a little at a time while you continue whisking, until the meringue is glossy and stiff.
Melt the 50 g dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
Gently fold the chocolate into the meringue with a spoon, creating a marbled pattern.
Use a piping bag or a spoon to form small mounds (about 5 cm in diameter) on baking paper that can go in the airfryer.
Bake the meringues in the airfryer at 110 °C for about 1 hour, or until dry and crisp.Start the online kitchen timer here
Notes
- Keep an eye on the meringues while baking, as airfryers can vary in strength.
- Feel free to use dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa content for an intense flavour.
