Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.(Preprogram it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking.)
In a large bowl, mix 450 g crab meat, 1 pcs egg, 60 g mayonnaise, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp seafood seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 60 g breadcrumbs and 2 tbsp Fresh parsley.Stir gently until the ingredients are well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties, about 8-10 pieces, and place them on a plate.
Lightly spray each crab cake with cooking spray - 1 tbsp sunflower oil to ensure a crispy surface.
