Mix 200 g whole wheat flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp salt in a bowl.
Add 2 tbsp olive oil and 150 ml water. Knead the dough well until it is smooth.
Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is about 2-3 mm thick.
Use a knife to cut the dough into the desired sizes.
Place parchment paper in the air fryer basket and lay the cut dough pieces on the parchment paper. It is important that they do not overlap.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp seeds and grains of choice over the dough.

Let the crispbread cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
- The thickness of the dough and the baking time can be adjusted to preference. Thinner crispbread requires a shorter baking time.- Keep an eye on the crispbread while baking, as air fryers can vary in efficiency, and the crispbread can burn.
