Let the flank steak come to room temperature:Take 1 pcs flank steak (about 500 grams) out of the fridge and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.(Pre-program it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Pat the flank steak dry with kitchen paper to remove excess moisture.
Mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp coarse salt, 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture evenly all over the flank steak.
Place the flank steak in the air fryer basket. Make sure the steak doesn't overlap itself.
