Hazelnut tuile basket in the airfryer with vanilla cream and raspberries

Crispy hazelnut tuile baskets made in the airfryer, filled with delicious vanilla cream and topped with fresh raspberries – an irresistible dessert for any occasion.
Stir in 100 g sugar and 1 tbsp golden syrup with the melted butter until dissolved.
Blend in 100 g hazelnuts, then 50 g plain flour and 1 tsp vanilla sugar.
Mix everything together well until you have a smooth batter.
Baking in the airfryer:
Preheat the airfryer to 160°C.(Use a preheat program, or let it run for a few minutes before cooking)
Place small dollops of the batter (about 1 tbsp) on a sheet of baking paper and flatten them slightly.

Shaping the hazelnut tuile baskets:
Carefully remove the warm tuiles and drape them over upturned bowls or moulds to shape them into baskets.
Let them cool completely so they become crisp.
Prepare the vanilla cream:
Whip 2,5 dl whipping cream to soft peaks.
Add 1 tbsp icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla sugar, and continue whisking until the cream is light and fluffy.
Assembly:
Fill the cooled hazelnut tuile baskets with the vanilla cream.
Garnish with 200 g fresh raspberries on top.
Notes
- Makes 8 hazelnut tuile baskets (2 per person)- You can vary the nuts to taste or add grated lemon zest for extra freshness.- Work quickly to shape the baskets, as they set as they cool.
