Instructions
Mix
500 g minced beef
,
1 pcs onion
,
2 pcs garlic
and spices in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into long kebabs and thread them onto the skewers.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
(Pre-program it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Put the kebab skewers in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning them halfway through.

Serve the kebab with warm

and dressing.
