Prepare the marinade:Mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 clove garlic, 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, 1 tbsp fresh thyme, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp lemon juice in a bowl.
Marinate the lamb chops:Rub the marinade into 6 pcs lamb chops and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer:Set the air fryer to 200°C. (Use a preset, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Cook the lamb chops:Place the lamb chops in the air fryer in a single layer. Cook them for 8-10 minutes, turning them halfway through. Use a kitchen thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 60°C for medium-rare.Start the online kitchen timer here
Resting time:Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
