This recipe for lobster tails in the air fryer is an easy and quick way to prepare lobster, giving a lovely crispy crust without sacrificing the lobster's juicy and delicate meat.
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.(Pre-program it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Cut a slit down the centre of the 8 pcs Lobster tails shells to expose the meat.
Lightly brush the lobster meat with 2 tbsp Olive oil and season with 1 tsp Salt and freshly ground black pepper, and optionally crushed 2 clove Garlic.
Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket with the meat side up.
Cook in the air fryer at 200°C for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is firm and translucent.Start the online kitchen timer here
Take the lobster tails out of the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
Sprinkle with 1 tbsp Fresh parsley and serve with 2 pcs Lemons on the side.
Notes
- Adjust the cooking time depending on the size of your lobster tails. Larger tails may require more time.- You can add a little melted butter to the oil for extra flavour.
