A delicious and simple onion tart that's quick and easy to make in the air fryer. Perfect as a light main course or side dish.

Instructions
Cut
5 pcs onions
into thin slices.
Sauté the onions in
1 tbsp olive oil
in a pan until soft and golden.
Whisk
3 pcs eggs
,
2 dl crème fraîche
,
1 tsp salt
and
1 tsp black pepper
together in a bowl.
Roll out
100 g tart dough
and place it in the tart pan.
Spread the fried onions over the dough, and pour the egg mixture on top.
Sprinkle it with
200 g grated cheese
on top.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
(Pre-program it, or let it run for a few minutes before cooking)
Bake the tart in the air fryer at 180°C for approx. 20-25 minutes, or until the tart is golden and firm.

Garnish with
1 tbsp fresh herbs
and serve.
Notes
The tart can be customised with other vegetables such as spinach or bell pepper.
