This recipe gives you a light and fluffy orange cake that cooks quickly in an airfryer. The cake is perfect as a refreshing dessert or to enjoy with a cup of coffee.
Mix 150 g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt together in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk 2 pcs eggs and 100 g sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add 50 ml sunflower oil, orange juice, grated orange zest from 1 pcs organic orange and 1 tsp vanilla extract to the egg mixture, and whisk until well combined.
Fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until just combined.
Pour the batter into a round baking tin that fits in your airfryer.
