Let 1 pcs Picanha (approx. 1 kg) rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat the air fryer to 200 ℃(Use a preset programme, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Rub the roast all over with 2 tbsp Olive oil, then season it evenly with 2 tsp Coarse salt, 1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper, crushed 2 clove Garlic and 1 tsp Rosemary.
Place the roast in the air fryer basket and cook at 200 degrees ℃ for about 15 minutes. Turn the roast halfway through for even cooking.Start the online kitchen timer here
Reduce the heat to 160 degrees C and continue cooking the roast until an inserted kitchen thermometer reads 58-60 ℃ for medium. Adjust the cooking time to the desired doneness.
Take the roast out of the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.This ensures the juices distribute evenly.
Slice the roast and serve.
