This recipe for pork tenderloin in the air fryer is simple and quick to make. It gives you a juicy, flavourful pork tenderloin with a crispy exterior. Perfect for an easy weekday meal or a delicious weekend dinner.
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.(Use a preset program, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking.)
Trim 1 pcs pork tenderloin of any sinews and fat, and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
Mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 clove garlic, 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, 1 tbsp fresh thyme, 1 tsp coarse salt and 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl.
Rub the pork tenderloin thoroughly with the spice mixture so it's evenly coated.
Place the pork tenderloin in the air fryer on a piece of baking paper.

Remove the pork tenderloin from the air fryer, and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

-Serve the pork tenderloin with, for example, mashed potatoes, vegetables or a fresh salad.
