These crispy and delicious potato wedges cooked in the airfryer are a quick and healthier alternative to traditional deep-fried potato wedges. They get a wonderfully seasoned surface and a lovely soft inside, perfect as a side dish for many meals.
Wash 4 pcs potatoes and cut them into wedges. You don't need to peel them.
Place the potato wedges in a bowl and add 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt and pepper.
Toss well so all the potato wedges are coated in the spices.
Preheat the airfryer to 200°C.(Use a preset program, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Spread the potato wedges in the airfryer basket in a single layer without overlapping.
Air fry the potato wedges for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time for even cooking.Start the online kitchen timer here
Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
