This delicious raisin bread made in an air fryer is the perfect solution for anyone who wants a quick, easy and incredibly tasty bread.

Ingredients
250gall-purpose flour
150mllukewarm water
5gsalt
25gfresh yeast
1tbspsugar
50graisins
2tbspolive oil
Instructions
Dissolve 25 g fresh yeast in 150 ml lukewarm water in a large bowl. Add 1 tbsp sugar and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Add 250 g all-purpose flour and 5 g salt to the yeast mixture and knead the dough together well. When the dough begins to come together, add 50 g raisins and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has roughly doubled in size.
Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface and shape it into a loaf that fits in your air fryer.
Lightly brush the loaf with 2 tbsp olive oil and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). (Use a preheat program, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking.)Place the loaf in the air fryer basket on parchment paper or a lightly oiled surface.
Bake the bread in the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and baked through.Start the online kitchen timer here
Let the bread cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Check that the bread is done by tapping lightly on the underside of the loaf. If it sounds hollow, it's done.
