Salt-baked potatoes cooked in the air fryer give you crispy, flavourful potatoes with a salty crust and a soft interior. It's an easy and quick way to make a classic dish that's the perfect side for all sorts of meals.
Preparation:Wash the 1 kg potatoes (small ones) thoroughly and let them dry completely.
Oiling:In a bowl, toss the potatoes in 2 tbsp olive oil so they're coated.
Salting:Add 2 tbsp coarse salt and 1 tbsp rosemary (optional) to the bowl and toss again so the potatoes are evenly coated.
Arranging:Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer so they cook evenly.
