Enjoy a quick and easy snack or meal with these delicious sausage rolls made in the airfryer. They're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for lunches, festive occasions or as a quick bite.
Preheat the airfryer to 180°C. (Preprogram, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking.)
Roll out 1 pcs pizza dough (bread dough) on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 10 equal strips.
Roll a strip of pizza dough around each sausage so it covers the entire sausage except the ends.
Brush the wrapped sausages with the beaten 1 pcs egg and sprinkle with 2 tbsp sesame seeds or poppy seeds, if you like.
Place the sausage rolls in the airfryer and let them cook for about 10-12 minutes.Start the online kitchen timer hereOr until they are golden brown and crispy.BAKE THE PORTION IN 2 BATCHES
Let the sausage rolls rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Turn the sausage rolls halfway through and check that they don't get too dark in the last couple of minutes of baking.
