Vinegar potatoes in the air fryer are a delicious and crispy dish that combines the tanginess of vinegar with the golden, crispy texture of potatoes. Perfect as a side dish or a light lunch.
Peel the 500 g potatoes, if desired, and cut them into even pieces (about 1 cm thick).
Marinade:
In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp paprika and 1 tsp garlic powder. Add the potatoes and mix well, so all the potato pieces are coated.
Marinating Time:
Let the potatoes sit in the marinade for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavour.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C. (Use the preheat function, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Cooking:
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in an even layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.Start online kitchen timer
Serving:
Take the potatoes out of the air fryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with 1 bunch fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of vinegar to your own taste for more or less tanginess.- For a more intense flavour, you can let the potatoes marinate for longer, up to an hour.
