Delicious and easy apple scones made in the air fryer – perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

Instructions
Mix
500 g wheat flour
,
100 g sugar
,
2 tsp baking powder
,
1 tsp cinnamon
and
½ tsp salt
in a bowl.
Cut
100 g cold butter
into cubes and rub it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Add
2 pcs apples
cut into cubes and stir them into the dough.
Whisk
2 pcs eggs
,
2 dl milk
and
1 tsp vanilla sugar
together in a separate bowl.
Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and stir until the dough just comes together.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into scones.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
(Use the preheat function, or let it run for a few minutes before cooking)
Place the scones in the air fryer on baking paper or in a baking dish, with a little space between them.
Bake the scones for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

Let the scones rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve the scones warm with butter or jam.
- The scones taste best on the same day.
