These delicious and easy air fryer brownies are perfect for any chocolate lover. The recipe gives you a moist and intense brownie that's made quickly in the air fryer.
Preheat the air fryer to 160°C. (Use the preheat setting, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Melt 100 g dark chocolate and 100 g butter together in a microwave or over a water bath. Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly.
Add 150 g sugar, 2 pcs eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture and stir well.
Sift 100 g plain flour, 30 g cocoa powder, ½ tsp baking powder and 1 pinch salt together and fold it into the chocolate mixture until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into a tin that fits your air fryer and smooth the top.
Bake in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out with a few moist crumbs.Start the online kitchen timer here
Let the brownies cool in the tin before you cut and serve them.
Decorate with 1 tbsp chopped nuts or chocolate chunks for topping
