This delicious apple tart is perfectly baked in the airfryer and served with a dollop of crème fraîche to create a balance between sweetness and freshness. The tart has a crisp base and beautifully arranged apples on top, offering both flavour and visual appeal.
Whisk 100 g butter and 100 g sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add 2 pcs eggs one at a time and whisk thoroughly.
Mix 150 g wheat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla sugar and 50 g almond flour in a bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture alternating with ½ dl milk, and stir it all together well.
Pour the batter into a greased tart tin.
Arrange the apple slices in a pattern on top of the batter.
Place the tart tin in the airfryer and bake the tart for 25-30 minutes at 160°C, or until golden and cooked through.Start the online kitchen timer here
Let the tart cool for 10 minutes and dust with 1 tbsp icing sugar before serving.
Serve the tart with a spoonful of 2 dl crème fraîche

- Can also be decorated with chopped nuts or cinnamon before baking.- Use fresh, firm apples for the best result.
