This recipe for banana cake in the air fryer is a quick and easy way to make a delicious, moist cake. Perfect for when you fancy something sweet but don't want to spend hours in the kitchen. By using an air fryer, you get a lovely crisp surface while the inside of the cake stays moist and delicious.
Prepare the air fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 160°C. Lightly grease your cake tin to prevent the cake from sticking.
Mash the bananas:In a bowl, mash the ripe 2 pcs banana with a fork until completely mashed.
Add the wet ingredients:To the mashed bananas, add the melted 1 dl butter, 2 pcs egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Mix the dry ingredients:In another bowl, mix 125 gram plain flour, 100 gram sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon together.
Combine:Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir gently with a whisk or a spatula until just combined. Avoid overworking the batter.
