How to make it
- Prepare the air fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 160°C. Lightly grease your cake tin to prevent the cake from sticking.

- Add the wet ingredients:To the mashed bananas, add the melted 1 dl butter, 2 pcs egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
- Mix the dry ingredients:In another bowl, mix 125 gram plain flour, 100 gram sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon together.
