Welcome to my baking section! I’m Morten from airfryerkogebogen.dk, and if there’s one thing that has truly taken my kitchen by storm, it’s baking in my airfryer. I’ve spent countless hours testing, failing, and fine-tuning recipes so you can skip the guesswork. Here you’ll find only my honest and thoroughly tested methods, so you can confidently trust that your baked goods will turn out a success every time.
Your airfryer is actually an incredibly efficient mini convection oven that makes baking a breeze. The rapid heating and intense air circulation deliver perfectly baked results in record time. I’ve gathered my best recipes and organized them so you can easily find exactly what you feel like baking:
Often it turns out even better! The airfryer’s even heat distribution gives breads and buns in particular a fantastic “oven spring” (when the dough rises beautifully during baking) and an incredibly crispy surface that can be hard to achieve in a large, traditional oven.
Since the heating element sits very close to the food, the top can quickly turn dark. My expertise tells me the best trick is to lower the temperature slightly compared to regular oven recipes, or to loosely place a small piece of foil over the baked good during the last part of the baking time.
Yes, anything that can go in a regular oven can generally also be used in the airfryer – whether it’s silicone, metal, or ceramic. Just make sure the pan fits in the basket and that there’s enough room for the air to circulate freely around it.
