Mash the Bananas:Start by mashing the ripe bananas in a bowl.
Mix the Ingredients:Add the oat flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
Add Chocolate:Gently fold the chocolate chips into the mixture.
Prepare the Air Fryer:Place a piece of baking paper in the bottom of the air fryer basket to prevent the cookies from sticking.
Shape the Cookies:Use a spoon or your hands to form small cookies from the dough, and place them in the air fryer. Be sure to leave space between each cookie, as they will expand slightly while baking.
Baking:Set the air fryer to 180°C and bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and slightly crisp on the outside.
Cooling:Let the cookies rest in the air fryer for 5 minutes after baking, before transferring them to a wire rack for further cooling.
Serving:Serve warm or at room temperature.
