For the chicken:

Instructions
Chicken
Marinate
500 g chicken breast
(cut into cubes) in
200 g Greek yoghurt
,
1 tbsp grated ginger
,
3 clove garlic
,
1 tsp turmeric
,
1 tsp chilli powder
,
1 tsp garam masala
,
1 tsp Salt and pepper
.
Leave it to rest for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
(Use the preheat function, or let it run for a few minutes before cooking)
Place the chicken pieces in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Sauce
Melt
2 tbsp butter
in a saucepan.
Add
1 pcs onion
(finely chopped),
2 clove garlic
(finely chopped) and
1 tbsp ginger
, and cook until the onion is soft.
Add
1 tsp cumin
,
1 tsp ground coriander
,
1 tsp chilli powder
and
1 can chopped tomatoes
.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Start the online kitchen timer here
Pour the sauce into a blender (one that can handle heat) and blend until smooth.
Pour the sauce back into the saucepan, and add
1 dl cream
while stirring gently until it becomes creamy.
Season to taste with
1 tsp Salt and pepper
.
Fold the cooked chicken pieces into the sauce, and garnish with
1 bunch fresh coriander
.
Notes
Serve with rice and naan bread, ideally homemade.
