Twice-baked potatoes in the air fryer are a delicious, crispy dish, perfect as a side or a meal on their own. These potatoes are first baked until tender, then filled with a creamy mixture and baked again for a golden, crispy finish.

1200gbaking potatoes4 pcs.
50gbutter
100mlcrème fraîche
100ggrated cheddar cheese
2slicesbaconFried and chopped
2pcsspring onionsfinely chopped
1tspSalt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Prepare the potatoes:
Wash and dry 1200 g baking potatoes thoroughly.
Prick the potatoes with a fork in several places.
First bake:
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. (Preset it, or let it run for a few minutes before cooking)
Place the potatoes in the air fryer and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.Start online køkkenurether
Take the potatoes out and let them cool for 5-10 minutes.
Prepare the filling:
Cut a thin slice off the top of each potato and carefully scoop the flesh out into a bowl, leaving only a thin shell.
Mash the potato flesh with 50 g butter, 100 ml crème fraîche, half of 100 g grated cheddar cheese, 2 slices bacon, and 2 pcs spring onions.
Season with 1 tsp Salt and pepper.
Second bake:
Fill the potato shells with the mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the filling.
Place the filled potatoes back in the air fryer and bake for another 10-15 minutes at 180°C, until the cheese is melted and golden.Start online køkkenurether
Notes
