How to make it
Prepare the potatoes:
- Wash and dry 1200 g baking potatoes thoroughly.
- Prick the potatoes with a fork in several places.
First bake:
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. (Preset it, or let it run for a few minutes before cooking)

- Take the potatoes out and let them cool for 5-10 minutes.
Prepare the filling:
- Cut a thin slice off the top of each potato and carefully scoop the flesh out into a bowl, leaving only a thin shell.
- Mash the potato flesh with 50 g butter, 100 ml crème fraîche, half of 100 g grated cheddar cheese, 2 slices bacon, and 2 pcs spring onions.
- Season with 1 tsp Salt and pepper.
Second bake:
- Fill the potato shells with the mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the filling.
