Galette with Goat Cheese and Parma Ham in the Air Fryer

A delicious, rustic galette filled with creamy goat cheese, salty Parma ham, juicy tomatoes, potato slices and sautéed onions. Cooked in the air fryer for a crisp, airy crust.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. (Use a preheat program, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Roll out 1 pcs puff pastry on a piece of baking paper on the cutting board.
Filling:
In a frying pan, sauté 1 pcs onion, cut into thin slices, in 1 tbsp Olive oil until soft and golden. Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly.
Arrange 150 g goat cheese, sliced, 100 g Parma ham, 2 pcs tomato, sliced, 1 pcs potato, sliced, and the sautéed onions in the centre of the puff pastry, leaving about a 5 cm border all the way around.
Assembly:
Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the filling and press them down lightly to ensure they keep their shape during baking.
Baking:
Place the galette with the baking paper in the air fryer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden and crisp.Start online køkkenuret her
Serving:
Remove the galette from the air fryer and let it cool slightly on a wire rack. Sprinkle freshly ground 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp Salt, along with 1 bunch Fresh thyme or rosemary, over the galette before serving.
Notes
The galette can be served warm or at room temperature as a delicious starter or light main course.
