Greek potatoes are a delicious, spiced dish that's perfect as a side to a wide range of meals. This version is made in the air fryer, which makes them crispy without using much oil.

Ingredients
1kgpotatoes
3tbspolive oil
1dllemon juice
1tspdried oregano
1tspdried thyme
1tsppaprika
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1tspsalt and pepper
1bunchfresh parsley
Instructions
Peel 1 kg potatoes and cut them into wedges.
Put the potato wedges in a bowl and add 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 dl lemon juice, 1 tsp salt and pepper.Mix everything together well, so all the potatoes are coated in the spices.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. (Preprogram it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You can cook them in batches if they don't all fit in a single layer.
Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to make sure the potatoes cook evenly.Start online kitchen timer here
Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with 1 bunch fresh parsley before serving.
