Greek Burgers in the Air Fryer with Seasoned Potatoes

Our delicious recipe for Greek burgers with tzatziki and seasoned potatoes, prepared in an air fryer. This method creates a healthier version of the dish since it requires less oil.
In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into 4-6 burgers.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Place the burgers in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Flip them halfway through.
Tzatziki
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess liquid.
Mix the grated cucumber with Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate.
Seasoned Potatoes
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well.
Place the potato cubes in the air fryer and cook at 200°C (400°F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Shake the basket a few times during cooking.
