Greek patties in the airfryer are my favorite when I want juicy ground meat patties with a touch of the Mediterranean. The mixture is packed with garlic, oregano, fresh parsley, and crumbled feta cheese – and it only takes 15 minutes in the airfryer. The result is crispy on the outside and incredibly juicy on the inside. Serve them with a creamy tzatziki and seasoned potatoes, and you’ll have a complete Greek meal in no time.

The best side dishes for Greek patties in the airfryer

For Greek burgers in the airfryer, a homemade tzatziki with Greek yogurt, cucumber, and garlic is absolutely essential. The creamy dip provides the perfect contrast to the seasoned burgers. As a side, I highly recommend browned potatoes in the airfryer or seasoned potato cubes with paprika and garlic powder – both can be made directly in the airfryer and give the perfect crunch to the meal.

Do Greek burgers really exist? Or is it more of a fictional recipe?

I recommend this elegant Chianti Classico with our Greek burgers

For these seasoned Greek burgers with oregano, garlic, and parsley, I think a Tuscan red wine is the perfect choice. Chianti Classico Riserva has the right combination of fruity cherry notes and spicy depth, which plays beautifully with the Greek herbs. The wine has enough structure to match the beef but doesn’t overwhelm the fresh tzatziki. I highly recommend Borgo Scopeto 2019 Chianti Classico Riserva – a harmonious wine that lifts the entire meal.

Greek patties burgers beef, or Greek-style ground meat patties, are actually an existing dish and not just a fiction. They are a variant of ground meat patties that are seasoned and prepared in the Greek style. Typically, Greek burgers contain ingredients such as garlic, onion, herbs (like oregano, parsley, and basil), and often feta cheese. These ingredients are mixed with ground meat to create a characteristic Greek flavor.

The best part about Greek patties with feta in the airfryer? They’re surprisingly easy to make and ready in just 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Flip them once halfway through, so they get an even, crispy surface on both sides.

This is why Greek ground meat patties turn out best in the airfryer

Greek ground meat patties in the airfryer have become a regular in my kitchen – and you’ll understand why when you try them. The feta melts into the mixture and makes the burgers extra juicy, while the airfryer ensures a beautifully crispy surface without all the mess from the pan. Also try my classic ground meat patty in the airfryer if you prefer the Danish version.

Bon appetit, or as the Greeks would say, καλή όρεξη!
