This recipe for lamb tenderloin in the air fryer is a quick and delicious way to prepare lamb. With lovely seasoning and the efficient cooking method, you get a tender and juicy result, perfect for a special dinner.
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. (Pre-program it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Trim the 1 pcs lamb tenderloin of sinews and excess fat.
In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 clove garlic, 1 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp thyme, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground black pepper into a marinade.
Rub the marinade thoroughly into the lamb tenderloin.
Place the lamb tenderloin in the air fryer basket and air fry for approx. 15-18 minutes.CLICK HERE to start a 15 min. timer.Depending on how well done you want the meat. Turn the meat halfway through cooking.
Take the lamb tenderloin out of the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
