  • 1 pcs lamb tenderloin (approx. 500 g)
     
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
     
  • 2 clove garlic
     
  • 1 tsp rosemaryrosmarin ikonet
  • 1 tsp thyme
     
  • 1 tsp salt and freshly ground black pepper
     
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
     

How to make it

  • Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
    (Pre-program it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
  • Trim the 1 pcs lamb tenderloin of sinews and excess fat.
  • In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 clove garlic, 1 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp thyme, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground black pepper into a marinade.
  • Rub the marinade thoroughly into the lamb tenderloin.
  • Place the lamb tenderloin in the air fryer basket and air fry for approx. 15-18 minutes.

    Turn the meat halfway through cooking.
