Lasagnette in the air fryer is a quick and delicious variation of the classic lasagne, where pasta twists replace the lasagne sheets. This dish is ideal for busy weekdays, as it can be prepared quickly and easily in an air fryer.
Preparing the pasta twists:Cook 300 g pasta in a pot of salted water according to the package instructions. Drain them and set aside.
Preparing the meat sauce:Heat 1 tsp Olive oil in a frying pan.Add the chopped 1 pcs onion and 2 clove garlic and fry until soft and lightly golden.Add 300 g minced beef and fry until browned.
Sauce:Add 1 pcs canned tomatoes, 2 tbsp tomato purée, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp salt and pepper.Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Mix:In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta twists with the meat sauce.
Assembly:In an ovenproof dish that fits in your air fryer, place a layer of pasta twists with meat sauce. Pour 200 ml béchamel sauce over the top and sprinkle with 200 g grated mozzarella and 100 g Parmesan cheese.Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, and finish with a layer of cheese on top.
