Instructions
Preparation:
Grease the cake tin and make sure it fits in the air fryer.
Batter:
Beat
150 g butter
and
150 g sugar
together until light and fluffy.
Add
3 pcs eggs
one at a time, beating well between each egg.
Mix
1 tsp vanilla sugar
,
200 g plain flour
and
2 tsp baking powder
together, and gently fold it into the batter alternately with
1 dl milk
.
Dividing and adding cocoa:
Divide the batter into two equal portions.
To one portion, add
2 tbsp cocoa powder
and
1 tbsp milk
, and stir well.
Marble effect:
Pour the vanilla and cocoa batter alternately into the cake tin.
Use a dough scraper or a fork to drag through the batter, creating a marbled pattern.
Baking:
Preheat the air fryer to 160°C.
(Pre-program it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
Place the cake tin in the air fryer and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Check with a toothpick or cake tester whether the cake is done
(it should come out clean).
Cooling:
Let the cake cool in the tin for about 10 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
