Preheat your air fryer to 160°C.(Preset it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
In a large bowl, mix 2 dl rolled oats, chopped 1 dl nuts, 1/2 dl sunflower seeds, 1 dl dried fruit (optional), 1 pinch salt, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Add 1/4 dl coconut oil and 1/2 dl honey (or maple syrup) to the bowl.Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed and combined.
Place a piece of parchment paper in the air fryer basket and spread the muesli mixture evenly over the paper.Press the mixture down lightly to create a compact mass.
Air fry the muesli bars for about 10-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and firm.Start the online kitchen timer here
Let the muesli bars cool in the air fryer basket before cutting them into bars or squares.
