These muesli buns baked in an air fryer are both easy and quick to make. They are perfect for breakfast or as a healthy snack. They turn out wonderfully crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a lovely muesli flavour.

Ingredients
250gplain flour
2tspbaking powder
1tspsalt
50gsugar
100gmuesli
50gsoft butter
200mlmilk
1pcsegg
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.(Use the preset, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
In a large bowl, mix 250 g plain flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt and 50 g sugar.
Add 100 g muesli and 50 g soft butter, and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk 200 ml milk together with 1 pcs egg.
Pour the egg and milk mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients, and stir until you have a smooth dough.
Shape the dough into buns and place them on a piece of baking paper in the air fryer.Make sure there is space between the buns.
Bake the buns in the air fryer at 180°C for about 15-18 minutes, or until they are golden and baked through.Start the online kitchen timer here
Let the buns cool on a wire rack.
Notes
If the dough seems too dry, you can add a little more milk.
