A quick and delicious recipe for crispy nachos made in the air fryer, perfect as a snack or starter. This recipe is easy to follow and takes just a few minutes to prepare.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.(Preprogram it, or let it run for a few minutes before cooking)
Spread 200 g tortilla chips evenly in the air fryer basket.
Sprinkle half of the grated 150 g grated cheddar cheese over the chips.
Add 1 tsp salt and pepper, 100 g black beans, 1 pcs jalapeño, 100 g sweetcorn, 1 pcs red onion and 1 pcs tomato.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar cheese on top.
Put the air fryer basket in the machine and cook the nachos for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the chips are crispy.Start online kitchen timer
Take the basket out and let the nachos cool for a few minutes.
Top with 1 pcs avocado, 2 tbsp fresh coriander and 50 g crème fraîche.
Serve immediately with 1 bowl salsa and 1 bowl guacamole on the side.
Notes
- You can add chicken, beef or other protein sources if you like.- Adjust the amount of jalapeño to your desired heat level.- Try different types of cheese for variation.
