Instructions
Dissolve
25 g yeast
in
275 ml lukewarm milk
in a large bowl.
Add
50 g sugar
,
10 g salt
,
50 g butter
and most of the
500 g wheat flour
, and knead well together. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky.
Fold the
100 g raisins
into the dough and knead until evenly distributed.
Let the dough rise, covered, for 1 hour, until it has doubled in size.
Shape the dough into small buns and place them in the air fryer basket with a little space between them, as they will rise further.
Brush the buns with beaten

Set the air fryer to 180°C and bake the buns for approx. 10-12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
