Salted almonds made in an airfryer are a quick and healthy snack that combines the natural sweetness of almonds with a lovely salty kick. This recipe gives you crispy and tasty almonds that are perfect as an aperitif or as part of a tapas spread.

almonds

olive oil

fine salt

Instructions
Preheat your airfryer to 160°C.
(Pre-program it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking.)
In a bowl, mix
200 g almonds
with
1 tbsp olive oil
and
1/2 tsp fine salt
, so that all the almonds are evenly coated.
Spread the almonds out in a single layer in the airfryer basket.
Cook the almonds for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even roasting.

After cooking, sprinkle the warm almonds with
1/4 tsp coarse salt for sprinkling
and let them cool before serving.
Notes
Keep an eye on the almonds towards the end of the cooking time to prevent them from getting too dark.
