Sausage and chips from the air fryer is a classic – for extra crispy chips and sausages. Topped with fry sauce, ketchup or curry ketchup, and freshly chopped onion if you like. This dish is an easy, quick chip shop favourite you can make at home.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.(Preprogram it, or let it run for a few minutes before you start cooking)
Add 600 g frozen chips to the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.Start the online kitchen timer hereShake the basket halfway through.
Cut 400 g sausages into smaller pieces and add them to the air fryer for the last 7-10 minutes of the chips' cooking time.
Meanwhile, finely chop 1 pcs onion.
Once the chips and sausages are done, arrange them on a plate.Top with 10 g curry ketchup and the fresh onion.
Season with 1 tbsp salt and pepper to taste.
