Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C.(Pre-program it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper.
Bread the schnitzels by first dipping them in plain flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.Make sure to coat them completely.
Lightly brush the schnitzels with olive oil and place them in the Airfryer with baking paper underneath.Cook for about 10 minutes, turning them halfway through, until golden and cooked through.Start the online kitchen timer here
While the schnitzels are cooking, bake the potato wedges in the Airfryer alongside or after the schnitzels, about 15 min. until they are crispy and golden.Start the online kitchen timer here
Serve the schnitzels with a slice of lemon, anchovies, capers and freshly grated horseradish on top.Serve the potato wedges alongside.
Notes
-For extra crispiness, you can spray or brush the schnitzels with a little more oil halfway through cooking.-Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of your schnitzels and your Airfryer's specifications.
