Prices
All listed prices include VAT.
The Elder Oak reserves the right to change prices, materials, and times at short notice. If you buy a subscription, the price of your subscription will not change for you, even if new subscribers pay a higher price.
PAYMENT
You can pay with Visa/Dankort, VISA, American Express, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or MobilePay. The amount is charged immediately upon payment. Right after your purchase, you will receive an invoice by e-mail at the address you provided.
We do not have access to your card numbers, expiration date, or security digits.
Payment terms
When paying by card with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, or foreign cards, a hold will be placed on the amount at the time of payment. In the case of cancellation or a partial charge, the amount will be shown as reserved for 30 days after the agreement ends. You can read more in the agreement with your card issuer.
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF DIGITAL SERVICES
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation/invoice at the e-mail address provided. All purchases are processed through Stripe ( stripe.com ).
If you buy a product that can only be accessed online, you will also receive an e-mail with a password for the product shortly after the order is completed. You can then log in and start using the product right away. You can always change the e-mail address yourself via “your profile” when you are logged in at airfryerkogebogen.dk
Discounts
We offer discounts to all customers through various campaigns. If an item is discounted, the discount will already be deducted from the price shown on the site. That way, the price you see is always “Your price”. This follows the current guidelines from the Danish Consumer Ombudsman.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal on digital products, including online subscriptions to airfryerkogebogen.dk. However, if you have not logged in, we offer a 30-day return policy on digital goods and online access.
Returning the item and return costs
Digital goods are not returned but are made inaccessible to all parties. If an agreement has been made that the item should be returned to Airfryerkogebogen.dk, it is our responsibility to deactivate the digital item.
Refund of the money
When you withdraw from your purchase, we refund all payments received from you.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will make such a refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Testing the item
There is no right of withdrawal on digital goods that have been tested by clicking the download link, or if you have logged in to airfryerkogebogen.dk at least once.
Availability of the item
You can log in and use the website airfryerkogebogen.dk for the entire period you have paid for. Even if you have canceled the subscription, your access to the site can still be used until it expires.
Complaints – If there is something wrong with the item
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you can have a defective item repaired, replaced, refunded, or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

Rights

You agree not to attempt, encourage, or help other people circumvent any security technology or software, or to interfere with, remove, or alter any rights management information regarding the purchased products. Actions in violation of the above rights may result in legal prosecution.
System requirements
