1 Silikoneform med hank Secret de Gourmet (24 cm) (Must fit in your air fryer drawer)
2 Hjerte bageform Quttin Pink (As an alternative to a regular baking tin)
1 Parchment paper

    150 g dark chocolate
  •  
    100 g milk chocolate (chopped)
  •  
    100 g butter
  •  
    200 g sugar
  •  
    3 pcs eggs
  •  
    90 g plain flour
  •  
    30 g cocoa powder
  •  
    1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  •  
    100 g salted caramel sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preparation:
    Line the baking tin with baking paper. Roughly chop the milk chocolate.
  • Melt the Chocolate and Butter:
    Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bowl over a water bath (bain-marie) or in the microwave.
    Stir until completely melted and combined.
  • Mix the Dry Ingredients:
    In another bowl, mix the plain flour, cocoa, vanilla sugar and salt.
  • Add the Sugar and Eggs:
    Add the sugar to the chocolate-butter mixture and stir well.
    Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each egg.
  • Combine the Wet with the Dry:
    Add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and stir gently until well combined.
    Fold in the chopped milk chocolate.
  • Pour into the Tin:
    Pour the batter into the prepared baking tin and smooth the surface.
  • Cooking in the Air Fryer:
    Preheat the air fryer to 160°C. Place the baking tin in the air fryer and bake for about 20 minutes.
    Check with a toothpick to see if it’s done (it should be slightly moist, but not wet).
  • Add the Salted Caramel:
    Take out the brownie cake and let it cool for 10 minutes.
    Then pour the salted caramel sauce over the cake and spread it evenly.
  • Resting Time:
    Let the cake rest and set for 30 minutes.
  • Serving:
    Cut the cake into suitable pieces and serve.
